BullSites ("we," "us," "our") provides website redesign, hosting, and management services. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or through your client portal.

We identify businesses that could benefit from a refreshed web presence and create a complimentary redesign. You are under no obligation to purchase. If you choose to proceed, you select a plan, and we handle the technical setup including DNS transfer, hosting, and ongoing maintenance.

Starter Plan: $39.99/month — Includes custom website redesign, unlimited edits, client portal access, one-click DNS transfer, mobile responsive design, and SSL certificate. Pro Plan: $59.99/month — Includes everything in Starter plus SEO optimization, LLM/AI search ranking, priority support, monthly performance reports, and custom integrations. Annual Billing: Save 30% when you choose annual billing. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Your initial website redesign preview is provided at no cost and with no obligation. You are free to decline without any charges. We will never bill you without your explicit consent and plan selection. Preview sites are available for 30 days before automatic archival.

By providing your phone number, responding to our text messages, or engaging with our service, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from BullSites. These messages may include: • Initial outreach about your website redesign preview • Follow-up messages regarding your interest in our service • Demo site links and service updates • Transactional messages related to your subscription Message frequency varies based on your engagement. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also email support@bullsites.com to request removal from our messaging list. Opt-out requests are honored immediately. No Guarantee of Delivery: We do not guarantee the delivery of any SMS message. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's terms, network conditions, and device compatibility. We are not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to carrier filtering, invalid phone numbers, or network issues. By continuing to interact with our SMS messages, you reaffirm your consent to receive future communications.

All plans include unlimited text, image, and layout edits submitted through your client portal. Edits are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Standard edits are typically completed within 24-48 hours. Major structural changes may require additional time. We reserve the right to define what constitutes a "major structural change" and communicate timelines accordingly.

Our one-click DNS transfer feature simplifies pointing your existing domain to your new BullSites-hosted website. You retain full ownership of your domain at all times. We do not purchase, register, or claim ownership of your domain name. If you cancel your subscription, DNS records can be updated to point to a new host at your discretion.

You own all original content you provide (text, images, logos, branding). The website design, code, and templates created by BullSites remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your content (text, images) but may not replicate the design or code.

You agree not to use our service to host or distribute: illegal content, malware, phishing pages, hate speech, content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, or any material that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

We strive for 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, DNS propagation delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. Your site remains active through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds. Annual plans: Cancel anytime. Your site remains active through the end of your annual term. Refunds for unused months are provided on a pro-rata basis within the first 90 days. After 90 days, no refunds are issued but your site remains active through the term. Grace period: After cancellation, your site and data are archived for 90 days. You may reactivate within this window without losing your design or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullSites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BullSites, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BullSites operates.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
