Communication records: Support tickets and edit history are retained for 2 years for quality and legal purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
